All H4CK3R products are printed on-demand via our manufacturing partner (Qikink). This means every item is freshly made just for you after you place an order. No pre-made stock, no compromise.

1. PROCESSING TIME (PRINT & PACK)
Once you successfully transmit an order, our system allocates it to the production queue. Printing, quality check, and packaging typically takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods (sales, festivals), processing may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

2. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY
After dispatch, the package is handed over to our courier partners. Domestic (India) delivery timelines based on your location:

- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 Cities & Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing + Shipping
- Metro: 5–9 business days
- Rest of India: 8–12 business days

Please note: These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Factors like courier network congestion, weather, strikes, or lockdowns may cause delays. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.

3. SHIPPING RATES
We keep it simple. Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your pin code and order value. Standard offers:

- Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹[Amount, e.g., 999] (pan-India).
- Flat Rate: ₹[Amount, e.g., 79] for orders below the free shipping threshold.
- COD Charges: Cash on Delivery may attract an additional ₹[Amount, e.g., 49] convenience fee (non-refundable even if the order is returned).

Exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. ORDER TRACKING (FOLLOW THE SIGNAL)
Once your order ships, we'll email/SMS you an AWB (Air Waybill) number and a tracking link. You can also track via our website's "Track Order" page or directly on the courier's portal. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.

If you don't receive tracking details within 6 business days, contact support@h4ck3r.store.

5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or internationally at this time. If international shipping becomes available, it will be announced via official channels.

6. ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. A valid mobile number and email are required for delivery coordination. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to accept delivery, you will be charged for re-shipment or you may cancel the order (refund minus shipping costs).

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
- Damaged in transit: Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos to support@h4ck3r.store. We will replace or refund after verification.
- Lost/Stuck: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors/family and local courier office. If still untraceable, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We'll raise a dispute with the courier; resolution may take 7–14 business days.

If the courier confirms the package is lost in transit (before delivery), we will reship the product or issue a full refund at your choice.

8. COMBINED SHIPPING / MULTIPLE ITEMS
Items in the same order may be printed and shipped from different facilities and could arrive in separate packages. You will receive multiple tracking IDs if this occurs.
