5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING
All products are made-to-order through our Print-on-Demand partners (e.g., Qikink). We have made every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, actual colors may vary due to monitor settings.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or correct typographical errors at any time. In the event an error is discovered after order confirmation, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed with the corrected price or cancel.
6. ORDERS & PAYMENT (EXECUTING TRANSACTION)
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay and other integrated gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize us (or our third-party processors) to charge the total amount. All financial data is encrypted and handled as per PCI-DSS standards.
In case of COD (if available), you agree to pay the full amount upon delivery. Failed or rejected COD deliveries may result in account restrictions.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All Content on the Site — including the H4CK3R name, logo, product designs, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of H4CK3R and protected under Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.
User-submitted content (e.g., reviews, photos) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute that content for promotional purposes.
9. USER CONDUCT (HACK THE SYSTEM, NOT OUR SITE)
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- Attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or interfere with site functionality.
